How Many Pounds of Meat Will My Freezer Hold?

One cubic foot of freezer space for each 35-40 pounds of cut and wrapped meat.

Allow slightly more space when the meat is packaged in odd shapes.

How Many Lbs of Meat Will I Receive?

1/8 Bison is 40 to 50 pounds

1/4 Bison is 80 to 100 pounds

1/2 Bison is 160 to 200 pounds

Whole bison is 320 to 400 pounds

How is the meat shipped or delivered?

Wild Bison Ranch is focused on local delivery for the majority of this Spring ’24 Wild Bison Ranch Sale. 

We will coordinate delivery date estimates when you make your deposit, and lock in a date and time with you directly once the fresh bison meat has finished processing and packaging.
